Tai Chi Article Published
(Aug. 5, 2013, Las Vegas) Sifu Napier's latest article on Tai Chi,Tai Chi Standing for Relaxation, was published today in Choices Magazine. "A lot of people are interested in Tai Chi but have no way to get started," Napier said. "You can't learn movement like Tai Chi from a print article, but you can learn non-movement. In this article I describe a method for relaxing that anyone can learn in five or ten minutes, even without a teacher."

Mastersoft Media Debuts

(July 30-31, 2011, Houston) Sifu Napier held an extended workshop based on the principles of Tai Chi In Your Life, at the Soul Explosion and Green Living Expo '11 at the Westin Hotel in the Galleria.

Free Workshop
(Apr. 11, Seabrook) Sifu Napier provided a free public workshop based on the principles and exercises in Tai Chi In Your Life. Afterword he signed copies of the book. Clear Lake Community Center, 500 E. NASA Road, Seabrook.

Book Signing at Houston Indie Book Festival
(Apr. 2, Houston) Sifu Napier provided a public demonstration and signed Tai Chi In Your Life at the Houston Indie Book Festival at Menil Park, which is the area surrounding the Menil Museum.

Sifu Napier Demonstrated at Masters' Demo
(Feb. 18, Houston) Sifu Napier demonstrated medium and large frame versions of Yang Taijiquan at the masters' demo of the Kung Fu Championships held by the International Circuit of Martial Arts Championships (ICMAC). He also signed copies of Tai Chi In Your Life.

School Demonstration at United Way Grand Opening
(Houston, Sept. 25) Students of Elemental Tai Chi demonstrated 13 Postures with Sifu Napier at the Grand Opening of a new United Way Center at 3 pm, 6500 Rookin. Also demonstrated was the two-person talu exercise. Sifu Napier demonstrated an advanced, rarely seen empty hand form, and Tai Chi Jian (Sword).
